Room for rent in large condo close to everything (Bristol VA & TN, Johnson City). Located in Bluff City, quiet location. Females only please.
Dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, decent sized yard with trees and woods, 2 parking spots (visitor parking available near the condo), washer & dryer, trash pickup. Furnish your own food. Must be pet friendly and no other pets allowed. I have a cat. Non smoker and no alcohol allowed in condo.
Half of rent would be $300 plus half of all expenses. Expenses would be water and cable/electric/basic internet all in one on budget plan. $500 deposit will be returned if no damages incurred.
Condo is 2 floors, 1.5 baths, furnished. Your bedroom would come unfurnished with large closet. Some details we may have to work out since my bedroom has very small closet.
You must have references and your own car for transportation. Must respect my stuff in common areas. Lease would be month to month. Deposit of $500 required, returned if no damage and notice given if relocating, etc.
